Admissions Assessment & Confirmation of Acceptance Statement (CAS)
Documents are checked by the Academy and a telephonic admissions interview with the applicant may also takes place at the discretion of the admissions officer. Following this an offer may be made or a refusal will be decided. In the case of a refusal, the Academy will issue a refusal letter clearly explaining the reasons and feedback to the Applicant.
Where an offer is made, it will usually be a Conditional Offer Letter. This letter may specify the conditions which must be satisfied before the Academy can issue a CAS. The CAS is required to apply for entry clearance.
CAS Number/Statement and Entry Clearance
Students outside the EEA are required to approach the British Embassy/British High Commission for obtaining entry clearance to the UK. This type of “exit visa” is known as a “Student Visa.” The CAS Number contained on your CAS Statement is required for your visa application. Students should thoroughly understand the requirements for the entry clearance to the UK.
Courses Commencement
After securing your student visa and before starting your course and attending classes you are required to formally enrol at the Academy. Students are not permitted to start any course without formally enrolling. Please check with the admissions office once you have secured your visa. At the time of enrolment the following original documentation is required:
- Education/Qualification Certificates
- English Language Certificate (If requested via a Conditional Offer Letter)
- Medical Certificate
- Passport
- CAS Statement
- Three Passport sized colour photos
