Certificate in Customer Service & Business Administration (Level 3)
This
qualification aims to enable students to develop a knowledge base and general
understanding of the hospitality business arena. The business roles, customer service levels and
administrative tasks involved.
Gaining a Level 3 'Customer Service and Administration' qualification delivers the
underpinning knowledge and understanding required to support and/or progress a
career in Hospitality. The
qualification is awarded by the Education Development International (EDI).

Course Duration
This 24 month full time
course involves 15 hours of learning per week. This will include classroom based learning and trips to
sites/events of cultural interest. Based on an interactive approach, students
participate in problem-solving tasks, case studies and business simulations.
Suitability & Entry Requirements
This
qualification is ideally designed to be relevant for candidates wishing to
enhance their knowledge and understanding of customer service and
administration in the Hospitality sector.
Entry Requirements:
- Minimum age of
18+
- English proficiency equivalent to CEFR Level B2 (* IELTS 5.5)
- International
students are required to show experience at supervisory or team leader level
and related qualifications sufficient to substantiate course admission
* Applicants are
advised that only English Certificates on the on-line UK Government qualification list are recognised by the Academy.
Applicants
without UK Government recognised English qualifications will undergo the
Academy's initial English proficiency assessments. All applicants subsequently admitted onto the course are
advised that their level of English is re-assessed during the UK
induction/orientation phase with optional Internationally recognised English
certification available.
Assessment
Students are
assessed via summative examinations.
